Lightbulb Hi All...

Well, I'm new at this forum but not new at owning my own business. Been in that capacity for over eight years now. It started out as just me but soon grew so I had to have a partner. Now we are ready to expand again - this time into every city in the US.

We're baby boomers and actually have an internet related company, so, yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks. In fact, I can now keep up with my 15 year old who is a wiz in is own rights.

We've learned how to take online strategies and use them offline for companies who are looking for local traffic on the web. It's pretty interesting and EXTREMELY easy.

The reasons we decided to join the forums is to spread the word about our expansion and to see if there are others with like experiences that we can learn from. We need help with our expansion and we think you may be the ones to help us because entrepreneurs are the kinds of people who have the drive to succeed.

I'm going to obey the rules and place my ad where it belongs so go look for it. You may be pleasantly surprised (did I mention it's free???). I'm posting in just a sec so look for it around this same time/date. Wanna help?

I'm anxious to learn what everyone here is doing and to share my experiences with you all. Hopefully, there's something here that is of value in between these old ears.

Until next time...

Hi Mouseffects,

There is nothing wrong with being a baby boomer !!, with age comes wisdom or at least that's what they say , with eight years experience of running your own business, I am sure your thoughts will be very useful to forum members.

One quick tip from me, there is nothing wrong with placing the url of your website in all your posts as long as it is at the end and below your signature which is a fairly common rule in forums and Lyndon is happy with that but it's nice to see that you respect the forum rules and keep your adverts to the right place which I look forward to reading.

Well, that's all from me, welcome to the forum and I look forward to your contributions,

regards,

Mal.

Thanks for the tip, Mal. Maybe you could help me a bit. I looked for the place to set up the sig but couldn't find it. Did I overlook something? I'd appreciate it if someone would tell me where it is or if it exists.

Larry

Hi Mouseffects,

My pleasure, you can type the URL in manually under your sig but to save all that, just click in the control panel which is shown as user CP in the top left hand corner above, there you will see the 'edit signature' option in the settings and options panel on the left.

regards,

Mal.
