Default Product Quality - Everyday Essential vs Kleeneze??

How do people find the overall product quality from EE compared to Kleeneze?

Hi Cath, as EE distributors who had 21/2 years with Kleeneze we are very happy with the quality of the products from EE, one of the reasons(too many to list) we left Kleeneze was the number of returns we had from dissatisfied customers and on occassions it was embarassing doing a delivery because we knew we\'d get a call saying could they return it - we don\'t feel like that with EE and a lot of our customers have made similar comments.

We feel proud delivering the products and just this evening a customer commented on the very reasonable prices in the catalogue.

Hi Cath

the products are absolutely superb. TBH i used to feel a bit embarrassed taking some prodcucts round to customers from the other company! I always had lots of returns. However I feel dead proud of the products EE have sourced!

hi cath,

As I\'ve been a top ten retailer in both opps I think my experience can shed some light here.

EE still has the occasional duff product, and some average ones, but my customers (some 4,000 of them!) seem to be very pleased that I switched.

In KL my personal retail was £1500-£2k a week. Over 5% of goods were returned by customers.

nowadays i don\'t need to retail so hard for a living (due to rapid team growth in EE) but i still do £800-£1200 a week. On this I get less than 1% returns.

I think that sums up the quality difference fairly well.
