Default Kleeneze Poor Product Quality

I was having reservations after purchasing several of the products for myself and finding the overall quality poor!

Does anyone else feel the same or is it just me? Bad batch?? Bad Luck???

I dont feel I could sell sub-standard gear...

Hi Cath

I am afraid that although some of the products i kleeneze are OK a lot are very poor and when I was with kleeneze had lots of returns. That was one of the main reasons i did not feel \'comfortable\' in Kleeneze. like Roberto I joined everyday Essentials and am delighted with the quality of the products. i use them myself and feel proud of them when I deliver them to the customers.

Kleeneze - Everyday Essentials - Betterware
It\'s all expensive junk.

It has to be expensive to give the company and the distributors a piece of the profit.

You can buy the same stuff in poundstretchers for a fraction of the cost.

Hi Catlady,

I would have too disagree with you. EE products are very good quality. A lot of the products are manufactured in the UK and I haven\'t had any complaints from my customers about quality of their products. I haven\'t had too return a product since I have been in EE which is well over a year now!!!.

Yes you can get some of the products in pound shops etc, but there is a lot of the products that you would have too do a lot trailing around the shops for, and if it is maybe £1 dearer from comfort of my home, I know what one I would choose!!!, as by the time you take into account petrol, bus fares etc, you would spend as much anyway, plus spending ages going around shops!!!.

Am not sure if you have tried EE products, obviously not going by your post, so I don\'t think you are in the position too pass comment on quality of the products, a lot of the products are priced very reasonably, and too be honest I can get some products in Poundstretchers, but too be honest some of them aren\'t that good quality as well.

The saying that you get what you pay for is at times very right, but other times you can buy cheap things and they last for a while.

Does not seem to be many people from KZ here so I\'ll add a bit. Quality in some items has been going down over the past few years, but always in the gadgetty things. If you stick to housekeeping lines, they are usually good; anything electrical - avoid like the plague; the healthy things, such as foot health items are actually good value. So, as in all things, there are no hard and fast rules. As regards price, a previous poster said it all - IF you can find many of the items, they may be cheaper (but not always!) and in any case, most customers buying from the catalogue are simply not that price sensitive. Dunno why I wrote this really since it will probably only be read by EE agents!!

lol. hi , you\'re probably right about ee distributors as i seem to be the first to read this!

i\'d agree with everything you say. the electrical stuff, particularly in health & beauty, really plagued me due to the high returns.

one particular product you missed tho: carpet sweepers! i gave up on them in the end and used to warn customers that they were poor quality. they appreciated the honesty and i saved time collecting returns.

there is still a mass of good products in there and a fair few of my customers still order from kl too. After all, many have bought from KL for decades!

Plenty of room for both companies in my opinion.
