Default Feedback Please

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum but from looking around it seems as if most here are very nice and there is lots of good info as well!
I have a bit of a dilemma and would love any advice/feedback.

I own and operate a company called Independent World, which primarily focuses on surveys and GPT sites as a way to earn extra cash from home.
It has been brought to my attention recently that some people feel leery about joining up with a company such as this. We seemed to have been lumped into the *don't pay for that information* category =/

We are not the same as other companies that seem to offer what we do! In reality, they offer much less.

I'd like to clear up the misconception.

We do charge for our services. That fee is a one time amount of $12.99. Here is what we offer:

* A 36 page e-book filled with valuable information for being successful making money online. It is focused on survey and GPT site participation but NOT limited to that. There are other ways to make money online and our e-book goes into that as well.
* Customer support. Someone is available via email or phone contact to help with questions, concerns or general inquiries.
* Constant updates. We send out updates often. We are always checking for new opportunities and when we come upon them, we contact our customers with the information. We also verify the information we've already given on a regular basis and update our customers with any and all changes. We do this at NO additional charge.

It's certainly no secret that you can earn money online, especially doing surveys and participating on GPT sites. It's also no secret that there are *tips and tricks* to maximizing earnings. There are many blogs, forums, websites, etc that have this information. However, most of the information you read online now falls into two categories. The info is either old and no longer works or it is just plain theory that hasn't been tested.

We test every site we list.
Someone on staff HAS participated with each site or company we recommend. Someone on staff HAS tried a money making venture we list.
Someone on staff WILL help you should you have questions.

$12.99 is not a huge investment and every client we hear from HAS made that money back soon after utilizing our services!

How can I get away from this stigma? I know building a client base is a good way to spread the word. I currently have a business blog for people to read and leave comments/questions as well.
Any thoughts?

Thank you

Have you thought about getting your ebook reviewed by a few prominent bloggers? Might cost a few bucks, but should be worth it!

Browsing through some of the posts here at WFHF, it has been mentioned that there are online work opportunities that do not have to cost anything on, say, my part. I think it best that for a beginner, a good experience is necessary. No setting up fees and a real income afterwards. When he gets hold of the money, then that's the time he realizes that there is at least one online work that is real and worthy of investing money into. But then again, there are people who are willing to take risks and has the money to do so.

I do understand your predicament, as the ebook you mentioned is worth something, plus the leadds you have on the surveys to be done. I must say that in the past I have stayed far from these companies. Perhaps you can allow free access to these surveys since the leads should not have cost you, then once you have built the trust of those persons who sign up, you offer for sale the e-book as additional ways to earn income.
