(UK Home Based) Sales Adviser position available!

Job Outline:

No one wants to be stuck in the same 9-5 position, pen pushing and always doing the same work day in day out. At D7 Recruitment, this does not happen! The D7 Recruitment, sales and promotion structure is designed to provide you “the sales adviser” with an exciting and continuously developing position within the D7 Recruitment Company. YOU are the most important part in D7 Recruitment and it is your job to increase sales and new business opportunities.

We will provide YOU with an “open approach” to promotion and pay YOU accordingly in a fresh, innovative and market leading income structure.

You will need sound communication skills as well as a friendly and professional disposition.
Basic knowledge of video creation is essential.

Responsibilities & General Duties:

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for daily sales duties:
• Assisting the company with business development & achieving business objectives
• Sourcing potential business
• Initiating communication with potential clients
• Maintaining communications with potential clients
• Recording and maintaining information on clients
• Meeting with potential clients
• Presenting proposals to potential clients
• Attending business meetings
• Collecting research data
• Corporate Sales & Hospitality Events
• Identifying potential business needs and services
• Achieving set targets
• Being seen as professional, presentable and a knowledgeable member of the company.
• Managing your personal team of Sales Advisers (upon progression to Team Leader level)

Potential Earnings:

Sales Adviser - £20,000.00 per annum (Basic wage + Personal uncapped Commission OTE)

Sales Adviser Team Leader - £35,000 per annum (Basic wage + Personal & Team uncapped Commission OTE)
