Arcadian is quite right, (hi S ) forums are fine with the proper safeguards and getting new members can be a challenge because there are so many forums out there and members tend to be loyal to about three to five sites depending on the time they have available to devote to them.

I can't remember how I found this site but liked it straight away otherwise I would not have registered. If you do get your forum started you then have to build up the momentum to keep members coming back,
